Coaches

Each coach's bag contains a sealed envelope with medical contact information for each student.

If an injury or emergency occurs

1. Refer to the student's medical contact information to reach out to parents and/or medical professionals,
2. Fill out a Head Injury report form, and
3. Notify Coach Adair or St. Thomas School

It is the Coach's responsibility to check the TeamSnap roster and ensure only authorized students participate in practices and games. If they are on the roster, they are authorized.

1. A student may be unauthorized due to the following:
2. Incomplete waiver
3. Incomplete registration
4. In violation of the Falcon Commitment Contract (Grades 5-8)

Please upload scores (as applicable - we realize it is not appropriate at all grade levels or across all sports) to TeamSnap as quickly as possible. It can be done in the TeamSnap mobile app.

Please encourage parents & fans to upload photos to social media using #gostsfalcons.
